Swan Housing AssociationGraduate Asset Management
I worked in a housing association alongside the Data Management Manger. We were working ona leasehold data cleansing project in which we were liaising with the leasehold department. Icarried out relevant research concerning leasehold information on Swans 17,000 households andmanaged Swan’s responsibilities and rights over these. I then put this confidential residentialinformation onto databases known as CM, UH and rooftop so that property information is kept upto date. My other duties included answering telephone calls from swan residents regarding issuessuch as repair enquires and complaints and resolving these in the most effective manner. Ihandled the customer satisfaction survey calls in which consecutively I had exceeded the monthlytarget. Also I calculated and analysed the monthly key performance indicators using raw data andcorrect formulas on Microsoft Excel for the housing repair appointments made and kept.
