I. Situation

Higher Unit Mission
The Fighting Blue Hen Battalion conducts PT,Leadership Lab during Week 12 (16NOV09-20NOV09) at eachcompany’s respective training sites and IOT improve physical fitnessand continue to educate and develop cadets military skills
Higher Unit Intent
It is my intent that the BN conducts weeklycompany pt and lab according to their respective company trainingcalendars. All cadets arrive on time, are accounted for, have the properuniform and equipment to conduct training. End state for thisoperation will be complete when all Cadets conduct weekly physicaltraining and lab improving their knowledge of military skills andphysical fitness.
Rear Unit Mission:
Bravo Co. of the Fighting Blue Hen Battalionconducts PT and LEADLAB on First Aid/9 Line MEDEVAC NLT201600NOV09 IOT develop and train cadets and prepare MS III’s forLDAC.Attachments/Detachments: None
II. Mission
Alpha Company of the Fighting Blue Hen Battalion conducts PT, LEADLAB onFirst Aid and 9 Line MEDEVAC at company training areas (CSB, BN HQ,Ranger Hill,) NLT 201600NOV09 IOT provide proper training to cadets andprepare MS III’s for Warrior Forge 2010.
III. Execution
Commander’s Intent: It is my intent that all cadets receive training on FirstAid/9 Line MEDEVAC and all complete physical training without sustaining anyinjuries. Rehearsals will be conducted, plans will be submitted and cadets willshow up to all events on time, in the proper uniform. The end state of thisoperation is when cadets complete their weekly physical training, LEADLABtraining.Concept of Operation This operation will be conducted in three phases:Phase I: Consists of rehearsals and plan dissemination
 
Phase II: Consists of Alpha Company executing PT, LEADLABaccording to company training calendarPhase III: Consists of AAR’s and accountabilityManeuverPhase I: Begins with C/CPT Smith attending the BN staff meetingto inform BN leadership on upcoming company events. It continues with therehearsal First Aid/9 Line MEDEVAC Lab with their platoon leader and then ACo. CO. PT instructors will submit their PT plan to their evaluator and platoonleader one week before their PT. Lab instructors for week 14 will also submittheir lab plan to evaluators and platoon leader for feedback and review NLT11NOV. This phase ends when PT plan for 20OCT is submitted for review NLT16NOV.Phase II: Begins with a Light PT Prep, Stretching and DNC on16NOV by C/SSG Sherwood at Frazier Field. It continues on Wednesdaymorning when cadets conduct an APFT according to the OPORD put out byC/CPT Smith. Selected cadets will participate in CWST Retest on 19NOV atLittle Bob Pool. C/SSG Chester and C/SSG Reese will conduct LEADLAB on theFirst Aid/9 Line MEDEVAC at BN HQ on 19NOV. This phase ends after C/SGTBogdan’s combat conditioning PT on Friday morning.Phase III: Begins with MS III’s conducting an AAR of PT andLEADLAB and submitting it to C/CPT Schellenger (Assistant S3). All equipmentdrawn from the S4 will be accounted for and returned. Ranger Challengereturns to UD after completion of the competition. IV: Service and Support
General:Resupply: No resupply availableMaterial ServiceCadets will coordinate with C/CPT Timmick, the BN S4, for any suppliesneeded at least 10 days ahead of time Transportation: Cadets will arrive at events via POV, or walkingServices: NoneIn case of injury or illness, CLS qualified personnel will respond accordingly. If injury or illness is not severe, injured personnel will be transported via GSAvan to nearest hospital. If there is a possibility of loss of life or limb, 911 willbe dialed and injured personnel will be transported by ambulance to eitherNewark Emergency Center or Christiana Care Hospital.
V. Command and SignalCommand
Location of Command: Alpha Company Commander will be present at alltraining events except for 1
