I have read this information before, but wanted to state that it is good that it is posted here. When I ran across it, I had been searching for something else, and saved it for later reading. Many times this kind of information has been hard for the normal person to find. It is true, if you are thinking about representing yourself, you need to read this and everything else about Pro Se litigation you can get your hands on. Like I have said many times, the Courts hate us, the Clerks hate us, the attorneys hate us. It is not going to be easy, but we will not quit, we will not go away!
