Caste & Community:
Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in terms ofG.O.Ms No. 58, SW (J) Dept., dt: 12/5/97 should be submitted at appropriate time. As perGeneral Rules for State and Subordinate Service Rules, Rule 2 (28) Explanation:- No personwho professes a religion different from Hinduism shall be deemed a member of scheduledcaste.
BCs, SCs & STs belonging to other States are not entitled for reservation,candidates belonging to other States shall pay the prescribed fee of Rs. 80/- (Rupees Eighty only) through Challan and upload as indicated at Para-4. Otherwise such applications will not be considered and no correspondence on this will be entertained.
. Reservation for local candidates is applicable for the posts which are organized into Zones, asper the indent. Selection shall be made, as per the provision of the Presidential Order 1975read with G.O.Ms.No. 124, G.A(SPF-A) Department, dated 07/03/2002 and other related G.Os,Rules, instructions of the Government issued from time to time and allotment to Zones shall bemade as per preferences given by candidate and also in terms of departmental Special / Adhocrules, and related rules.
5. Rule of Reservation and eligibility will be in accordance with General Rules 22 and 22-A andSpecial Rules applicable to the post.6. Reservation to Disabled persons is applicable (except for PC. No. 04). However only OH eligiblefor Pc. No. 05, OH and HH eligible for Pc. No. 03 & 07 and OH only eligible for Pc. No. 08 as perDepartmental Special Rules.7. Rules: All are informed that the various conditions and criterion prescribed herein are governedby the General Rules of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 read with the relevantSpecial Rules applicable to any particular service in the departments. Any guidelines orclarification is based on the said Rules, and, in case of any necessity, any matter will beprocessed as per the relevant General and Special Rules cited as in force.8. The Commission is empowered under the provisions of Article 315 and 320 of the Constitution ofIndia read with relevant laws, rules, regulations and executive instructions and all other enablinglegal provisions in this regard to conduct examination for appointment to the posts notifiedherein, duly following the principle of order of merit as per Rule 3(vi) of the APPSC Rules ofProcedure read with relevant statutory provisions and ensuring that the whole recruitment andselection process is carried out with utmost regard to maintain secrecy and confidentiality so asto ensure that the principle of merit is scrupulously followed. A candidate shall be disqualified forappointment, if he himself or through relations or friends or any others has canvassed orendeavored to enlist for his candidature, extraneous support, whether from official or non-officialsources for appointment to this service.9. The Commission is also empowered to invoke the penal provisions of the A.P. PublicExaminations (Prevention of Malpractices and Unfair means) Act 25/97 for matters connectedtherewith or incidental thereto in respect of this Notification.10. The Reservation to Women will apply as per General Rules and/or special rules.11. The persons already in Government Service/ Autonomous bodies/ Government aided institutionsetc., whether in permanent or temporary capacity or as work charged employees are howeverrequired to inform in writing, their Head of Office/ Department, that they have applied for thisrecruitment.12. Reservation to BC-E group will be subject to the adjudications of the litigation pending before theHonorable Courts.13.

Ms. No. 3, Backward Classes Welfare(C-2)Department, dated 4/4/2006, laying down the criteria to determine Creamy Layer amongBackward Classes in order to exclude from the provisions of reservations.
