FUNDRASING UPDATES:A)BELIEVE FUNDRAISER:
Yielded better sales that the fall bulb sales last year however aconsensus was that if given a choice between the two, fall bulb fundraiser would be thewinner. We fear the products of the Believe fundraiser are not the quality we had hoped for. This will prove to be seen when we receive the shipment next week. And the bulbs keep ongiving year after year (unless you have a critter) and it’s a Vermont product. We will discussother fall fundraisers for next year. Any and all ideas are encouraged and welcome!!!!
B)FALL BREAKFAST:
A source not mentioned said that the kitchen was the cleanest it hasever been left. A wonderful turnout of people, a great blend of ages, Great local food, andgood spirits all around. A community member was so moved he wanted to have this breakfast every month. We did discuss that it would not be possible every month but maybemore meals throughout the year would be a good possibility. Another suggestion seen atanother school in Vermont was to have an “open cafeteria” for the public to have a real breakfast spot right here in town, in our school cafeteria. Great idea to explore more.
