Fire protection for the Hanwell LSD isprovided by the Fredericton Fire Dept. and theKingsclear Fire Dept.The Fredericton Fire Dept. is the primaryresponder from the city limits to just beforeCobblestone. Kingsclear Fire Dept. is theprimary responder for Cobblestone Estatesand the remainder of the LSD.In 2002, the Fredericton Fire Dept.responded to 16 calls, 4 of which were fires.In 2003, they responded to 14 calls, 6 of themwere fires.In 2006 the Hanwell LSD paid a total of $275, 305 for fire protection.
