Following are the Activities need to be done after Uninstalling Oracle, if not done u wontbe able to install oracle again on the same machine.1. Start-Run- RegeditDelete all Oracle related Folder from follo.Oracle 
 
2. Go to System-ServicesDelete all oracle folders as follo. 
 
3. Then Go to System-Current control set-Services-EventlogDelete oracle related files
