Call center shift allotment system is proposed forthe call centers using which they can computerizedtheir shifts organized, work distribution andemployee performances. Call centers are basicallythe work centers, which provide 24 hours customercare via telephones and Internets etc. Now a dayevery large or small company has, their call centerssituated at different locations. Besides supportingcustomers via a team of customer care executives,call centers has one more team that of technicalpeoples responsible for allocating, maintaining,updating and allotment company’s communicationnetwork. In order to schedule and distribute thework via which company can run smoothly the callcenters make different-different teams anddistribute the work task in several shifts to facilitateboth the customer and the employee.
