Love at Dhaka City feat. Ka-ching!Abeer Rajbeen
The boy asked, “wanna be my valentine?” she blushed. Her hands couldhardly hold that huge bouquet of long stemmed-blood red roses. There wasa beautiful card peeping from the midst of the flowers saying “I love you”.She could not hide the flood of excitement in her eyes as she answered witha huge teddy bear on her lap and said, “yes!” barely audible words, but those made his day! The next day the two love birds were seen dating at Café Mango…the day after that at KFC….then at Kozmo..after that PizzaHut…and then…the real story begins!It’s been two months since they’ve been going out. The boy is almost broke..so is the girl. Whenever he gazes into her beautifully black eyes- just like those creepy coming-out-of-nowhere-echoing sounds in the Hindi serials,one word keeps on buzzing, “Ka-Ching.” 
I guess it’s THE most pressing problem of almost every couple who are goingout in Dhaka City- there is virtually no (decent) place for couples to hangout! Either you go shopping..Ka-ching! Or you go on a drive…Ka-ching! Orthe most common form of dating- dip your love in glasses of Pepsi and platesof French fries beside cheesy burgers..Ka-ching again! Your wallet startsgetting thin while your body starts getting extra and not-at-all necessarynutrition which gracefully adds some unhealthy volume to your alreadypollution-struck-fragile system!Now what to do? What to do? (Imagine me as the most caring Love Guruever, pacing up and down with frowned brows)..You need to love and youneed to save your wallet too! The only thing that you can consume for free is“Hawa”..So the best economic strategy for dating can be “Hawa Khawa.”

Strategy 1: Take your love with you and go out for a stroll in thestreets. Thus both of you will stay fit; will have a great exercise andthe best part you can be together for a lo-o-o-n-g time (depending onyour stamina of walking though)!
