The following is a letter this community journalist received from Commonwealth Financial Network's Assistant General Counsel refusing to release a copy of firm's code of ethics.

According to attorney Joe Tully CFN doesn't share such information with non-customers.

However, such information is readily available online from many other prominent investment firms - for all to view.

For an undetermined period one of CFN's clients, Bartholomew Company, has invested Town of Barre funds - including private monies belonging to the Diocese of Worcester and the Glen Valley Cemetery Association.
