Dear Peace Corps Watch:

This is a response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Specifically, you
request, All Peace Corps documents regarding children born or otherwise claimed to and
by Peace Corps Volunteers.

Attached, please find copies of the most responsive material which is available:
Memorandum to All Staff / Rescission of MS 263 Volunteer Pregnancy (2 pages; December
2, 2013); MS 220, Leave for Volunteers/Trainees; MS 221, Volunteer Allowances; MS 262,
Peace Corps Medical Services Program; MS 266, Post-Service Medical Benefits for
Volunteers, Trainees, and Dependents; and MS 284, Early Termination of Service. No pages
have been withheld. We are providing the material at no cost to you.

If you are not satisfied with this response, you may administratively appeal within 20 business
days of your receipt of this letter. The appeal should be addressed to Earl W. Yates,
Associate Director Management, Peace Corps, 1111 20th Street NW, Washington, DC
20526. Your appeal must include the FOIA request number and a statement explaining what
you are appealing. It is possible to submit the appeal by U.S. mail (see above) or fax or
email. Note that our fax number is 202-692-1385 and our email is FOIA@peacecorps.gov.
Also, however you submit the appeal, Freedom of Information Act Appeal should be clearly
marked on the appeal letter and envelope, or the email subject line, or the fax cover sheet.
