INTERNATIONAL PROCLAMATION
Motorcyclist Electromagnetic Safety MonthWHEREAS,
global public concern is prevalent regarding prolonged closeexposure to extremely low frequency electromagnetic field (ELF EMF) radiationsas they are linked to chronic illness including cancer; and
WHEREAS,
excessive ELF EMF radiation from sources such as motorcycleoscillating-current electrical systems flood the body and are invisible and notreadily detectable by the general public, chronic-illness patients and cancer survivors; and
WHEREAS,
various prolonged ELF EMF close exposure danger is nowinternationally recognized by respected organizations such as the BioInitiativeGroup and governments supporting EMF public protection policy revision alongwith the Precautionary Principle regarding societal safety; and
WHEREAS,
various prolonged ELF EMF close exposures are linked to, but notlimited to, multiple illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, arrhythmia,insomnia, immune system disorder, gastric conditions, lymphoma, leukemia,cancer, electrohypersensitivity (EHS) and numerous other physiologicalsymptoms; and
WHEREAS,
the risk of illness can be reduced with general public motorcyclistawareness, education and precautionary measures to avoid prolonged closeexposure to excessive ELF EMF radiation emissions; and
WHEREAS,
the
 
motorcycle industry needs to recognize, cooperate and supportrational regulatory safety guidelines to reduce rider health risk from vehicleexcessive ELF EMF radiation emission;
NOW THEREFORE,
