Hot off the Presses – Special Article for Ultimate Investor Newsletter Subscribers!Real Estate Investing is Booming!
According to statistics from the National Real Estate Investors Association, the number of real estate investment groups has quadrupled in the past three years from 44 to 178. There are hundreds more clubs popping up all over the US that aren’t affiliated with NREIA – an estimated500 more. And many groups which once met monthly are now meeting weekly as the dropping home prices are creating a more lucrativethan ever real estate investment market. However, with a general increase in the interest in real estate investing, there hasn’t been as rapid an increase in the actual business of realestate investing. More people are looking for deals – and more deals exist in today’s market – but there aren’t as many more investors asthere are researchers in real estate investment. Now is a really good time to be looking at putting your efforts to investing in properties to rentor to flip. You’ll see in the upcoming issue of my newsletter that Detroit, MI is a phenomenal market to invest in. I have also found that priceappreciation (by percentage) has varied greatly in many cities across the United States. Shown below are the rankings according to MNS’sMoney Staff on 2/24/09.
