Description

This is a Motion to Reconsider a few salient points of the KingCast v. Kelly Ayotte et al Decision by NH Grafton Superior Judge Timothy Vaughn, issued 6 March 2008.

Petitioner seeks to revisit the issues of Ayotte's nondisclosure of Military Records of Gregory W. Floyd that show he lied on 5/11, as well as relevant fingerprint evidence that has not been forthcoming.

Def endant Ayotte has already been found to have violated the law by, inter alia, failing to provide a Homicide Protocol to KingCast when requested.

The Franconia Defendants are under Order to file Affidavits about how they can't seem to find too many documents that show Bruce McKay in a bad light, such as a Complaint by duly-licensed Attorney Troy Watts, Esq.
