Cooling procedure for freezer rooms.

The rule is as following:

The cooling of the room can begin after 28 day of producing the floor.

Until 0C the cooling rate is max 5C/day. Then if you reach the 0C rate, you must wait 48
hours at this temperature. After that you can cool down again with a rate from 2C max.
3C/day.



Example:

After 28 days you have 20C.

Cool down to 0C 4 days

Waiting at 0C 2 days

Cool down to -28 C 9 days



So you need 15 days to reach the temperature.
