THE RELEASE OF INFORMATION ON THIS "SEALED CASE"
BY AN ATTORNEY, ORLY TAITZ, ESQUIRE
WHO IS TRYING TO INTERFERE WITH ALL OF
RELATOR PHILIP J. BERG, ESQUIRE'S EFFORTS
IN THIS CASE AND OTHER SIMILAR CASES

NOW COMES the Relator, Philip 1. Berg, Esquire [hereinafter "Berg"], and hereby

advises this Honorable Court of the following:

1. Relator Berg has honored the fact that this case in "Under Sea1."

2. For this Court's information, I, Philip 1. Berg, Esquire, have several other lawsuits

pending as Plaintiff against Barack Hussein Obama, United States District Court for the

Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Berg vs. Obama, No. 08-cv-4083 now in the Third

 Circuit Court of Appeals, Berg vs. Obama, No. 08-4340 and as counsel in Hollister vs.

Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama, United States District Court for the

District of Columbia, No. 08-cv-02254 and now in the Court of Appeals for the District

of Columbia, No. 09-5080.

3. There is an attorney, Orly Taitz, Esquire, who has been trying to stop my efforts

for unknown reasons and I have filed a lawsuit against her and others in the United States

District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Liberi and Berg, et al vs. Taitz,

ct ai, No. 09-cv-01898 before the Honorable Eduardo Robreno.

4. Now, Orly Taitz, Esquire has gone too far. In addition to her ongoing distribution

of birth date and Social Security number of an individual in violation of State and Federal

laws, fCH' which I have requested an Injunction or TRO in the case before Judge Robreno,

orty Taitz, Esquire today, May 14, 2009, on her website has published details of this

SEALED CASE, Berg vs. Obama, No. 08-cv-01933 with Judge Richard W. Roberts.

See EXHIBIT '"A" attached hereto that is a printout of her website from today.

5. orty Taitz, Esquire's actions herein demonstrates she knows better and this

confirms that she is doing everything in her powers, even illegally, to stop my legitimate

efforts.

6. This "Sealed" case was filed November 7, 2008 and by mistake of the Clerk's

Otlice, the case was placed in PACER. I advised the Court and it was immediately

removed from PACER and maintained under seal. How attorney Taitz has found all of

this infonnation, 1 am not sure. The real issue is that the "SEALED CASE" should not

be discussed and it is an attempt by Orly Taitz, Esquire to have the sealed case dismissed.

 I have attached as EXHIBIT "B" a copy of a printout from today indicating this case is

still "SEALED."

7. I am requesting Judge Robreno to immediately Issue an Injunction, TRO or

Permanent Injunction against Orly Taitz, Esquire.

WHEREFORE, Relator, Philip J. Berg, Esquire respectfully prays that this Honorable

Court:

A. Take Notice of the facts herein and do not hold Relator, Philip J.

Berg, Esquire at all responsible; and

B. Communicate with United States District Court for the Eastern

District of Pennsylvania Judge Eduardo Robreno to have Judge

Robreno take appropriate action against Orly Taitz, Esquire as

soon as possible.

c. Grant such other and further relief as this Court deems just and

proper.

What is in Bergs sealed case?

Did he only go after Obama to protect Hillary?

When Hillary got her deal to be Secretary of State, did Berg
call off the dogs by Sealing the Case?
This sealed case is under the heading of the False Claims
Act.
Is this another route to follow?
Did Berg hire the Fraudster to give him deniability and a
cut-out if Hillary changed her mind about going after
Obama?

 plaintiff get's approximately 11% as a whistleblower. This
case was not sealed at the begining. From what I recall, he
says that Obama was not a citizen at all,the government
should get his salary of a senator back- I believe it is some
$700,000 for 4 years and Berg should get a customary
commission as a whistleblower- some $80,000. I don't
believe it is going anywhere. It is hard to get them to hear a
case saying that he is not a Natural Born Citizen. Do you
think the government will decide that he is not a citizen at
all and will ask for his salary back and will give Berg 11 %?
