THE COMMUNITY
- Big White is Canada’slargest ski in / ski out village. Althoughcommonplace in Europe, ski in / ski outaccess is hard to come by in North America. The benets o getting up each morning andclipping in to your gear at the back door o your chalet are hard to over-emphasise. The High Street in Big White is actually apisted ski-run providing ast access to all thelocal amenities – restaurants, bars and shops. The atmosphere is riendly and relaxedwhere everyone is always made to eelwelcome. Snowshoe Sam’s (one o the localbars) was voted the “Best Après Ski Bar inNorth America”.

THE COURSES
SnowSkool runs a wide variety o courses at Big White takingadvantage o the awesome terrain on oer. The ski and boardschool is run by Josh Foster, who oversees one o the mostprogressive schools in North America. You will have the beneto riding with a pool o instructors, thereore gaining eedback rom numerous sources during your time in resort. In Big White,a massive emphasis is placed on daily instructor developmentensuring that the bar is constantly being raised on your learning.NB: We recommend that skiers and snowboarders have aminimum o two weeks on-snow experience beore committingto the SnowSkool Big White programme.
