This month’s topic is about our stories: the ones we go on and on about withour family and friends. The story of our life with all its drama and the subjec-tive meanings we create around the events of our story. Our stories run us and most of the time these stories are not even true! Theyconsist of things we decided about ourselves, interpretations or meanings wecreated with little or no basis in hard facts.
Also, I want to let you know about my new status as a certied Spiritual

Healing the wounds from all relationships

What is so interesting about the process is that although it was originallyintended for people undergoing a divorce, it is being utilized to heal thewounds of any relationship...with your parents, a sibling a dear friend...whomever.
Opening up unlimited possibilities
I am presently coaching a few women over their relationships with their Mothers, as these were the most impactful and powerful relationships in their lives, leaving them scarred and blocked. Their desires to have better personaland professional lives, to live up to their innate potential and have all theywant from life, was being held back by the effects of their primary relation-ships. Once that ‘stuff’ is taken care of, everything else in life falls in placeand opens up for unlimited possibilities.
Clarifying issues
Another amazing aspect of the training is that for those of you who are inmarriages where you are confused as to whether you should stay or go, this process is miraculous in its ability to clarify the issues and empower you tomake changes. It does not mean that you will necessarily stay in your mar-
riage, although many people do go on to ourish in their marriages. It can go
either way but either way you will be fully certain and empowered in your choice.

The Weight of our Story
There was a woman swimming across a lake with a rock in her hand. As sheneared the center of the lake, she started to sink from the weight of the stone.“Drop the rock,” shouted people who were watching her from the shore. Butthe woman kept swimming with the rock, now disappearing for moments at atime under the water. “Drop the rock,” the onlookers hollered louder.2
