It looks like Orly Taitz did file Motion for Leave to File Writ of Quo Warranto in the United States District Court, District of Columbia. However, Alan Keyes is not listed as a party. It appears that this instrument was composed on March 26, 2009 ??? I'm not sure if that's the date. That could be the date of an earlier filing that is being referenced here. I'm not sure when it was actually filed either.
