your TSS willresolve theissue.In the event of anetwork outageyou will contact theService Deskdirectly and we willin turn contacttracking softwarethat our TechnologyDepartment usesto keep up withwhat is going onwithin ourFriendship PublicCharter Schools.Our technologystaff is constantlyundergoing projectsthat will enable ourteam to keep up withwhat is current.Along with that wehave daily tasks thatare assigned to our Technology SupportSpecialists (TSS) thatare critical to theeveryday function toour campus staff.
