Prepare Sr. Site Executive for opening comments

Walk the process and complete process maps
Introduce Team Members to management & employees in focus areas
Review process map with process experts and employees to validate
Brainstorm with employees
Establish methods to impacted
to keep all capture UDE's and potential
employees informed solutions
of progress and how
they can communicate ideas and/or feedback to team
Assign sub teams and action items
End of day review of data collected
Kaizen Day Two
Review plan for day and action items
Ensure UDE data collection completed by mid day
Define root causes of UDE's based on data and LeanSigma analysis
Identify preliminary solutions, approach and team assignments
Estimate potential improvements relative to objectives
Review data and approach with Master and solicit feedback / direction
Brief Sponsor on findings, solutions, approach, estimated benefits and required
support
Kaizen Day Three
Review plan for day and action items
Perform FMEA as required to address potential risks before implementation trials
Define impacted documentation, proceedures and required approvals to implement
changes
Get necessary authorization and approval to proceed with implementation
Communicate plans with impacted employees on all shifts and solicit feedback
Coordinate support activities and logistics
Initiate implementation trials and collect data
Review employee feedback data
Team review of findings and status at end of day
Define evening work plans as required
