Brief Sponsor on findings, solutions, approach, estimated benefits and required

Perform FMEA as required to address potential risks before implementation trials
Define impacted documentation, proceedures and required approvals to implement
changes
Get necessary authorization and approval to proceed with implementation
Communicate plans with impacted employees on all shifts and solicit feedback
Coordinate support activities and logistics
Initiate implementation trials and collect data
Review employee feedback data
Team review of findings and status at end of day
