Yes, this is in addition tocoffee, tea, or diet sodas you may drink!The next way to lose your love handles is to find fun ways to exercise. If you do not like going tothe gym or you are short on money this year, no problem! There are dozens of ways you canhave fun exercising on your own or with others. There are lots of free sources on the internet toget a body weight exercise routine, routine for running, martial arts forms, and many other no-cost ways to exercise.Your local library probably has books and videos (or DVD's) targeted for exercising. Many of the online video sites, such as YouTube, also have good instructional videos to help you makeexercising fun. Search around and there is bound to be at least one, low-cost (or no-cost) wayyou can have fun losing your love handles. Take some of the extra money you save and getyourself another pair of designer skinny jeans!Finally, cut back on the sugary carbohydrates especially at night. Instead of having 3 or 4cookies during the day, have one or two. Keep the late-night ice cream and cheesecake to specialoccasions only. If you like to wind down from the work day watching some TV and eating, besure to have some protein such as egg whites, grilled chicken, protein powder, or cottage cheese.This will help your body digest foods better at night and hopefully reduce your cravings for late-night sugars and desserts.If you have enough discipline to eat your sugary treats only directly after a good workout thenyou will go even further toward losing your love handles and fitting into the clothes you love.To recap, losing your love handles and fitting into your skinny jeans is not as difficult as manymake it out to be.
