DP01 Improve Park Avenue SNI staff and subcommittee took a tour on Park Avenue on 1/25 to explore potential projects for improvements.Met with Code inspector on 1/29/08 to discusssome code enforcement on blighted residentialproperties.

Met with DPW to review the Delmas ParkUnderground utilities on 2/5/08The project will be on hold until 2010 after the completionof the Delmas Park Underground Utility projectcompletion. (Informed the neighborhood at the DelmasPark NAC meeting on 2/11/08)Code is currently working with the subcommittee toresolve blighted issues in the neighborhood (on-going).

DP02 Implement Housing Painting/Rehabilitation Projects Subcommittee had a tour on 1/19/08 andproposed a list to be considered for HousingPainting/ Rehabilitation.

Delmas NAC board has approved to transfer $36,300 from Auzerais Streetscapes sub-lineitem and $163,700 from West San CarlosStreetscapes sub-line item on 2/11/08 inorder to fund the Housing/Painting Rehabproject.SNI and Housing Department staff will work with thesubcommittee to host a community meeting for thehousing rehab project by late March 2008.SNI and Housing staffs are simultaneously preparing theProject Service Memorandum to transfer the funding fromthe Redevelopment Agency to Housing for an Aprilappropriation.

DP03 Maintain and Improve Los Gatos Creek Area SNI staff met with the Santa Clara CountyCreeks Coalition to discuss potential partnershipin creek clean up.

The Santa Clara County Creeks Coalition metwith the Delmas Park NAC on 2/11 to provideresources for the Los Gatos Creek clean up.Subcommittee will work with City Year in late March 2008to plan for the clean up event. Subcommittee will alsoapply for a CAP grant in April 2008 for this project.

DP04 Conduct Traffic Calming Studies and Install TrafficCalming MeasuresDelmas Park NAC met with DOT traffic calmingliaison on November 19, 2007 to discusspotential next steps for evaluating neighborhoodtraffic calming ideas.

DOT staff will perform feasibility analysis on the traffic calmingproposal by March 2008.
