Hello CSAers! Can you believe next week’s MONDAY pick up isthe last of the season (and today is the last of thefruit)? Our farmers have your Thanksgiving feasts inmind this week (cooking apples, squash, lots andlots of sweet potatoes).I’m in the minority, but I’m not much a fan of thetraditional Thanksgiving meal. Give me a hotbowl of phoor a beautiful piece of fish and I’mthrilled. Mashed potatoes, candied carrots, pumpkin pie, green bean casserole, gravy? Nothank you!So this Thanksgiving I’m especially thankful thatI’ll in Mexico, chowingdown on tamales andtacos and tortas(hopefully all at once. A truefeast.)!But even though I’ll be trawling for street food, stillwant to know what you’re cooking. Emailnewsletter@sunnysidecsa.comwith your recipesand ideas. Better yet, head onover to ourFacebookpage and share them there.
