Materials
4 1/2 x 11" card stockDesigner Paper (optional)ScorerDouble Stick TapeScissorsOval die/punch or templateTravel Size Kleenex Package
 
 Score the 4 1/2 x 11" card stock at 3/4", 3", 3 3/4" and 6"Cut the corners of the 3/4" flap at an angle as shown in the photo
 
 Apply double stick tape to the 3/4" flapIf you plan to add designer paper to the box, apply the designer paper on to the 2 1/4" and (2nd) 3/4" flaps onthe same side as the adhesive side
