Defendants, by and through their undersigned counsel, herebyset forth their opposition to Plaintiffs’ “Motion forReconsideration of Order to Dismiss Under Rule 59E and Rule 60."Rule 7-18 of the Local Rules of the Central District ofCalifornia provides as follows:“Motion for Reconsideration. A motion forreconsideration of the decision on any motion maybe made only on the grounds of (a) a materialdifference in fact or law from that presented tothe Court before such decision that in theexercise of reasonable diligence could not havebeen known to the party moving forreconsideration at the time of such decision, or(b) the emergence of new material facts or achange of law occurring after the time of suchdecision, or (c) a manifest showing of a failureto consider material facts presented to the Courtbefore such decision. No motion forreconsideration shall in any manner repeat anyoral or written argument made in support of or inopposition to the original motion.”/////////////////////
