THE
REVISED
COCOM
INTERNATIONAL
LISTS
This
addendumsummarizes
the
c h a n ~ e s
agreed
to
the
new
International
Industrial,
Munitions
and
AtomicEnergy
Lists
in
COCOM
since
September1991.
The
Lists
published
in
the
1991
SEC
booklettogether
with
this
updatecover
goods
which
COCOM
hasagreedshould
be
embargoedand
define
COCOM
conditions
under
which
certain
embargoedgoods
may
be
considered
forlicensing
for
export
to
the
'COCOM
proscribed
destinations'.
