This is a presentation on the PlugGED In career pathway program given by Richard Sebastian at the Effective Transitions in Adult Education conference in Providence, Rhode Island on Nov. 16-17, 2009. Richard is an Instructional Technology Specialist at the Virginia Adult Learning Resource Center and is the project manager and principal investigator of the PlugGED In project.
