A Proposal
Several years ago, one of my cousin brothers, very seriously made a marriage proposal to me.  The conversation was as following: -- Cousin: I happened to see a beautiful girl very much suitable for you. What do you say ? I kept silent without any response. Cousin: I know you are desperate to know the details though you are keeping silent; you are ready to hear it. (In my mind, I thought, he was trying to get rid of his girlfriend making me a scapegoat) He began to describe: -- She is beautiful and tall like a giraffe. She is good for your height. (I was lean and thin in those days so people assumed that I am taller than what I really was) I: said nothing. Cousin: She walks gracefully like a camel (I never knew the camel is beautiful so as its walk but I said nothing) Cousin: Her eyes are big and beautiful like frogs eyes. (To my knowledge frog’s eyes are not beautiful but large and bulged.) Cousin: She got dazzling teeth like a rabbit. (Rabbit teeth are kind of protruding and large but not beautiful) Cousin: She has short and beautiful hair like ‘FRIZZLE BANTAM CHICKEN’. The picture is shown above.
