Baked Feta with Marinara
Ingredients:1 tsp. fresh lemon juice1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper 2 garlic cloves, minced1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, drained1 4oz. package of crumbled feta cheese. (It's cheaper to buy the block and crumble ityourself)32-1/2 inch thick slices of French Bread baguette, cut diagonally, toastedDirections:1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.2. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle feta evenly into a small shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with tomato mixture.Bake for 20 mins.Serves as a spread with bread slices.Enjoy!From; What's Cooking at My House
2 packages of cream cheese, 8-oz size1 small can crushed pineapple2 cups pecans, chopped1/4 cup green pepper, chopped finely1 teaspoon onionMix all together except 1 cup pecans. Wrap in Saran and refrigerate. Before serving, rollin remaining nuts. Serve with your favorite crackers.
