Tampering with the Noise Control System isProhibited.Owners are warned that the law mayprohibit:a)The removal or renderinginoperative by any person other thanfor purposes of maintenance, repair or replacement, of any device or element of design incorporated intoany new vehicle for the purpose of noise control prior to its sale or delivery to the ultimate purchaser or while it is in use and,b)the use of the vehicle after suchdevice or element of design hasbeen removed or renderedinoperative by any person.
