Fish Nutrition; How To Cook And Influences To The Health

Everybody needs to be life in healthy and happy. They usually consume healthier food
every day with the balance nutrition to keep the their body in good condition. The source of
healthy food can be found from vegetables as well as meat. Fish represent a valuable source of
nutrients of fundamental importance for diversified and healthy diets. Therefore, I am interested
in examining the essential nutrient between the fish which live in freshwater and sea water and
also the influence of fish consumption to the human health.
I found the article about fish nutrition. This article Issues of Fish Consumption for
Cardiovascular Disease Risk Reduction by Susan K. Raatz et al, reinforce many of the fact that
increasing fish consumption is recommended for intake of omega-3 fatty acids and to confer
benefits for the risk reduction of cardiovascular disease. In the other article "Which Fish Should I

the public receives fish consumption advice from a variety of perspectives, including nutritional,
ecological, and economic viewpoints, however they tend to nutrition of fish is important aspect.
Nevertheless, in the article "Effect of domestic processing on bioactive compounds" by
Alejandro Ruiz-Rodriguez et al, found that the different of domestic cooking methods will be
define the optimal process to reduce the degradation of biologically active metabolites present in

foods commonly consumed as an elaborated dish. For that reason, I am also interested to know
the best method for cooking fish in order to reduce the nutrition lost.
