    This is a record of a public records request I made of the Florida Legislature for archived records (Facebook Pages) of the Facebook page that was created as one avenue of Public Interaction during the redistricting process. As you can read in the response from the so-called 'Open Government' office of the legislature, the page was 'taken down,' and therefore is not in the possession of the legislature. Inasmuch as the redistricting process is the subject of a just heard trial on the lawfulness of the final redrawing of Florida's political map districts, it would appear that these pages, which amount to evidence of the process, were probably not available to the plaintiffs, defendents, or the court during this historic trial.
