Kucharski HEALTHCARE, PUBLIC RELATIONS, SOCIAL MEDIA & ePATIENT CONSULTANT This rate sheet is provided as a general guideline of services and fees. Rates are established commensurate with consultants education and experience. Fees may be waived or adjusted based on requesting entitys nonprofit status or other mitigating factors determined solely at the consultants discretion. Initial hour of consultation regarding project scope is free of charge. All partial or full hours thereafter billed at hourly rate unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the end of the initial consultation hour. Standard consulting rates do not include travel. News releases, opinion pieces and other written works authored at the rate of $0.50 per word, plus $45 per hour. If assignment requires travel of more than 15 miles, travel billed at the schedule below. Kill fee of $100 applies. $1,000 per engagement, plus travel according to schedule below. Round-trip, economy class airfare and requisite ground transportation to accommodations; minimum one nights accommodations; and $50 per diem for meals or self-driven highway miles at no less than 2013 standard mileage rate of 56.5 cents per mile and no further than five hours or 350 miles, whichever is shortest; minimum one nights accommodations; and $50 per diem for meals. Fee applies to any written articles or speaking engagements contracted with fewer than 24 hours until services must be delivered.
