Program outcomes at University College were designed with input from
the business, non-prot, and public sector communities. When asked
what they look for in future employees, organizational leaders told
us they want to see several key skills in candidates from creativity to
critical thinking, effective communication to empowerment. Students in
the Bachelor of Arts Completion Program will develop and capitalize
on these vital skills, plus the knowledge earned within their respec-
tive majors. For Global Commerce and Transportation majors, that
interdisciplinary knowledge includes supply chain strategies, logistics

outcomes include:
CREATIVITY The ability to conceptualize and rework problems,

knowledge.

issues, developing an appreciation for multiple view points, and
generating well-crafted arguments.

constraints that affect your efforts to get things done. With a sense of
empowerment comes the ability to lead and bring about change for the
good.
