Does this document exist in German or other language for our Global Citizens? If not, I would be willing to have it translated into German on my own costs and forward the finished product to the German CoR.
This seems to be the case with some files. It is better to own hard copies, although they too are prohibitively expensive. At the very least we have the salient points that can be communicated to the world. Proof that NGOs such as the Club of Rome are part of the bureaucratic Network commissioned to help implement the Oligarchy's war on humanity.
