NOW COMES, Michael Lowe, attorney for Defendan* ' in the
above entitled andnumbered cause, and makes thishis Motion for Prompt Hearing for Detained
Probationer, and would respectfully show theCourt the following:

This motion isbeing made pursuant toArticle 42.12. 21(b) of theTexas Code of
Criminal Procedure.
II.
Defendant is on community supervision. He was arrested in. bounty on June 25,
2013 and remains in custody on awarrant alleging violation of terms and conditions of
community supervision. There is nobond currently set.
III.
Counsel for Defendant is now requesting ahearing in no less than twenty (20) days from
the date ofthe filing ofthis motion on the allegations that give rise to Defendant's arrest for
violation of terms of community supervision.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Counsel for Defendant prays that this
Court set ahearing within twenty (20) days ofthe filing ofthis motion to hear the allegations that
