MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL

COMES NOW defendants-appellants Scott Walker, J.B. Van Hollen, and
Oskar Anderson (collectively, State Defendants-Appellants), by their attorneys,
and pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 42(b), move this Court for the
entry of an Order dismissing the State Defendants-Appellants appeal in the
above-entitled case because it is now moot.
Notice of appeal was filed in the district court on June 9, 2014 (Dist. Ct.
Dkt. 120) and the appeal was docketed in this Court on June 9, 2014 (Dkt. 1). The
appeal sought a stay of all relief entered by the district court. However, after filing
this appeal, the district courts June 13, 2014, opinion and order (Dist. Ct. Dkt. 134)

stayed all relief, including the declaratory relief entered by its June 6, 2014, opinion
and order (Dist. Ct. Dkt. 118) that was the subject of this appeal. State
Defendants-Appellants appeal seeking a stay is therefore moot.
