1. All Basic fees are non-refundable upon withdrawalfrom classes.
2. Students are responsible for settling payments on or before the due dates. For students who elected to pay in installments,
110 other notice of payment will be given (Due dates are stated on the Tuition Receipts issued UpOI/registration)
A fine for late payment will be imposed as follows:
P 250.00/month for 2instaliment basis
P 125.00/mol/th for 4 installment basis
3. A Late Registration fee will be charged for students who fail to register on time.
4. A servicefee of P250.00 will be charged for a check returned by the bankfor any reason whatsoever.
5. Bank charges for the following will be charged to the students concerned:
a. Out-of-town checks
b. Payment thru the Point of Sale (PaS) terminal of Bancnet/Megatink/Expressnet available at the Cashier's Office.
6. Payments using the following credit card/bankfacitities are accepted with I/Oadditional charges:
a. BPI Express Credit Card (Burgundy)
b. Any Visa or Mastercard (issued by any bunk] beginning April I, 2012
7. Over the counter payments at thefollowing banks with I/O additional charges
