To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to you in order to file an official complaint with the Federal Elections
Commission based upon information regarding the actions of Senator Lamar
Alexanders re-election campaign, Alexander For Senate 2014 Inc (FEC-ID:
C00383745).

In the attached documents you will see proof that has been widely circulated showing
collusion between Senator Alexanders re-election campaign, and the State of
Tennessee Museum.

To summarize, Senator Alexander earmarked taxpayer dollars for a state museum in
Tennessee that created a traveling statewide exhibit featuring Mr. Alexander which was
scheduled to coincide with his re-election campaign. In fact there is proof of
coordination between Senator Alexander's campaign manager, and the state museum
that you will find in the attached documents.

Three key excerpts from the enclosed documents:

- Senator Alexander inserted a $400,000 earmark for the Tennessee State Museum
into the FY 2009 Interior Appropriations bill (Horowitz / RedState)
- [The] museum that would use taxpayer resources to travel around the state with an
exhibit on Alexanders political career. (Boyle / Breitbart)

- The e-mails [obtained by us] show Alexander's campaign worked with the museum on
the timing and even funding for the exhibit. (Hall / WTVF)

I trust the FEC will make every effort to look in to this matter and launch a full
investigation into these possible violations of campaign finance law by Senator
Alexander and his campaign.

I hereby affirm that everything contained herein is truthful and factual to the best of my
knowledge.
