Abstract:
This report is the critical analysis of three business websites. Theoretical conceptsfrom lectures, reading and web research has been employed.Three sites have been chosen for this report. The analysis of each website isfrom the customer perspective that is, how easy is the site to use from a customer’sviewpoint, and from the business perspective, does the site make it easy for acustomer to buy the product or service? A list of preferable factors has been devisedand the positives and negatives of each site is discussed.A conclusion about the three websites evaluated finalises the report.2
