ever changing flow of breath as it enters
and leaves the nostrils.

Developing equanimity by learning not to react to
senses.

MIND

Knowing the mind.
Mind sees things in duality.
Mind never likes thoughtlessness.


MEDITATION

The real happiness is knowing the state beyond the
mind.
Meditation is to reach that zone.
Soul is the ultimate authority not mind.

Attitude of a witness.
Seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, eating,
moving, speaking, grasping, etc., are actions of
the senses . Soul is the silent witness.
To live in present.
To be cautious about your activities.
Watching the watcher.
