Fast-growing social marketing (SM) company is looking for a Director of Community Engagement.

Radar DDB is DDB Canada's hybrid engine that provides clients with non-interruptive, innovative and immediate ways to build relevant relationships between consumers and their brands using social media and emerging technologies.

The Director of Community Engagement is responsible for developing the brand, providing overall direction and assisting clients to reach interested audiences with relevant content. You will have an expanding role in SM education and championing integration. Must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of social marketing, strong leadership skills and willingness to embrace a new business model operating as an independent unit. Tourism industry experience and bilingual abilities preferred.
