ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for certain appropriations in the 2014-2015 state fiscal
year
RESOLVED (if the &HOUSE concur), In addition to grants allocated pursuant to chapter 53 of the laws of 2014 within the State Education Department Aid To Localities:
For grants in aid to certain school districts, public libraries, and
not-for-profit institutions. Notwithstanding any provision of law this
appropriation shall be allocated pursuant to a plan setting forth an
itemized list of grantees with the amount to be received by each. Such
plan shall be subject to the approval of the speaker of the assembly and
the director of the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution must
be approved by a majority vote of all members elected to the assembly
upon a roll call vote:
