Cruise’s participation in the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) TWIC card reader 
pilot test.The TWIC Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for TWIC card readers was issued on March 26, 2009. As required by Section 104 of the SAFE Port Act, the card reader pilot test willhelp inform the requirements of the pending TWIC second phase rule related to TWIC readersand local TWIC access control requirements.
―Based on our analysis of PVA’s unique maritime security and business requirements, Senture
selected the CoreStreet PIVMAN software solution running on the DAP CE3240B handheld
reader,‖ said

authoritative source for this information, the TSA TWIC hotlist. By having this secured dataresident on mobile devices, roving operators have the ability to determine if the TWIC credentialis still valid.
