Since then, she has studied at yoga conferences with many teachers and has recentlyembarked on a 500-hour yoga therapy training program which focuses more particularly on anatomy, treatmentto heal injury, asana modification, and personal practice. She is personally interested in a yoga practice thatgives the student techniques for relaxation and deep breathing which can be used outside the classroom.Yoga at the Villa started the week of Nov. 2. One student said, “It was such a wonderful way to start my day. Ienjoyed the instructor very much – she is knowledgeable and dedicated to giving her students tools they cantake with them throughout their day. Also, it was such a unique yoga experience mostly due to the beautifulsetting - the room was quiet and the views are exquisite. I look forward to returning to class.”
