1 Combining beneficial thoughts, words and motions in reflective prostration causes energy in your body to move beneficially, improves the distribution of effort and rest in the muscles that support your legs, hips and backbone, and integrates and strengthens your body.
All of the information contained in the preceding chapters is relevant to reflective prostration, except remaining still.
The energy in your body might not move freely while you remain seated still in the best position of your body that you can eperience at the present time.
You might not enjoy remaining seated still to benefit from the position of your body, or you might not experience progress in the development of the positions of your legs, hips and backbone.
!ersistent tensions in the muscles of your abdomen, legs and feet result from riding in a motor vehicle or hearing machine sound or recorded media, or engaging in much conversation or interaction with other people.
Emotionality and discursive thinking cause the energy in your body to become distracted, spoiled or dormant.
