(1) Every copy of a consolidated statute orconsolidated regulation published by the Ministerunder this Act in either print or electronic form isevidence of that statute or regulation and of its con-tents and every copy purporting to be published bythe Minister is deemed to be so published, unless thecontrary is shown.

) assigned by a government or an inter-governmental organization with the agree-ment of the competent organ of the UnitedNations,(
b
) engaged by the Secretary-General of theUnited Nations, by a specialized agency of the United Nations or by the InternationalAtomic Energy Agency, or(
c
) deployed by a humanitarian non-govern-mental organization or agency under anagreement with the Secretary-General of theUnited Nations, by a specialized agency of the United Nations or by the InternationalAtomic Energy Agency,to carry out activities in support of the fulfil-ment of the mandate of a United Nations opera-tion;
