My study investigates possibility of the investment to New Oriental Education& Tech.Group Inc. I examine two policies.1)New Oriental Education & Tech. Group Inc.is the biggest English educationcompany in China. And it has a lot of pull with the Chinese university students.

2)The Company’s business line is not only English education, but also has audio-video publishing, study abroad services, educational software R & D and so on.English language training, orientation, geographic expansion throughout thecountry There are about 200 million Chinese people learn English, English training marketworth about 60 billion yuan, the entire training market one of the most activemarketsegments. New Oriental has occupied the national study in English languagetraining market large market shareNew Oriental 2009 fiscal year according to GAAP operating profit calculated at60.92 million U.S. dollars, compared with last year's 45.33 million U.S. dollars

increased 34.4%. Do not follow GAAP basis, operating profit of 77.67 million U.S.dollars, compared with last year's 54.07 million U.S. dollars increased 43.6%

My study finds that

Oriental Education& Tech. Group Inc. has a bigspace to Development. If decide to investment it. We should be quick before Chinese English education market saturation.
