Baked Macaroni and Prawns
Give an old favourite like macaroni an inspirational twist by adding prawns.
Serves 4
|Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 35 mins
1 sachet Knorr Macaroni & Cheese – Cheese & Bacon flavour
310 ml water
15 ml olive oil
175 g mushrooms, thinly sliced
50 g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated125 ml milk 
30 ml margarine
4 leeks, sliced and cut into pieces
175 g prawns, peeled
Salt and pepper to season
Mix the contents of the Knorr Macaroni & Cheese sauce sachet, the pasta, milk,water and margarine together and bring to the boil2.
Simmer for 8–10 min stirring occasionally until cooked3.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the leeks, mushrooms and prawns4.
Mix the pasta with the leeks, mushrooms and prawns5.
Place in an ovenproof dish6.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top7.
Bake at 180°C for 25 min or until golden brown
Cheese, Smoked Ham, Spring Onion andMushroom Pasta.
Serves 2
| Preparation Time: 2 mins | Cooking Time: 10 mins
1 x 130 g packet Knorr Cheese, Smoked Ham & Mushroom Pasta & Sauce
4 spring onions, chopped
375 ml water
150 g smoked ham, chopped
30 ml margarine
125 ml milk 
Place the milk, water and margarine in a saucepan and bring to the boil2.
Add the contents of the packet and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirringoccasionally3.
Stir in the chopped ham4.
Simmer for a further 5 minutes and add the spring onions5.
Remove from the heat, cover and stand for 2 minutes
Cheesy Chicken, Bacon and Spring OnionPasta
Serves 4
| Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 20 mins
1 x 254 g box Knorr Mince Mate Three Cheeses
300 g chicken, cubed
800 ml hot water
1 bunch spring onions
200 g bacon, diced
15 ml oil
In a large frying pan, fry the chicken and bacon in oil2.
Add the sachet of seasoning mix, 800 ml hot water, and the uncooked pasta andbring to the boil3.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 min, stirring occasionally4.
Stir in the chopped spring onions
